The machine offers laser power options of 6000W, 8000W, and 12000W, providing the flexibility to handle a wide range of materials and welding applications, from thick metals to fine details.

With a maximum workpiece diameter and length of 500mm, the CUBE Series accommodates various workpiece sizes. It boasts impressive feed size capabilities, including a 1000mm X-axis and a 700mm Z-axis, along with a rotating C-axis (0-360°) and tilting R-axis (0-110°). This versatility allows for complex and precise welding tasks.

Equipped with a Prezt YW52 Series fiber laser welding head, the machine can handle a maximum laser input power of 12KW, ensuring fast and controlled welding performance. The quasi-direct head type with QBH joints and precise focusing and collimating lenses enhances welding accuracy.

The inclusion of a CCD Vision System further enhances precision and control during welding processes by providing real-time visual feedback.

The machine can support a weight of up to 6kg, and its overall lifting design ensures stability during operation. This robust construction contributes to its long-term reliability and durability.

Operating on a three-phase 380V±10%, 50Hz AC power supply with a power consumption of 100KW, the machine is energy-efficient, helping reduce operational costs.

Designed to operate optimally in a flat, vibration-free, and shock-free environment, the CUBE Series maintains consistent performance within a temperature range of 0℃ to 40℃ and humidity levels of ≤80%.
